Submission Guidelines

Ethical Publication House welcomes original and high-quality manuscript submissions that align with our values of ethical publishing, academic integrity, and creative excellence. These guidelines are intended to assist authors in preparing and submitting their work for publication consideration.

1. Types of Submissions Accepted

We accept manuscripts in the following categories:

  • Academic books and monographs

  • Research-based edited volumes

  • Non-fiction (biography, memoir, self-help, history, social issues)

  • Fiction (novels, short story collections)

  • Poetry collections

  • Educational and instructional material

  • Children’s and young adult books

2. General Submission Requirements

  • All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

  • Submissions must be made in digital format (Word or PDF).

  • Include a cover letter with your name, contact details, a short bio, and a summary of your manuscript.

     

3. Manuscript Formatting

  • Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced text.

  • Pages should be numbered.

  • Include a title page with the manuscript title, author name(s), and contact information.

  • For academic works, include an abstract, keywords, references, and any appendices as applicable.

  • References should follow a recognized citation style (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.), depending on the discipline.

4. Language and Style

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English (British or American, but consistent).

  • Authors are encouraged to proofread their work or use professional editing services before submission.

  • We accept translations only if the author holds rights and includes full citation of the original source.

5. Ethical Responsibilities

Authors must:

  • Ensure all data, citations, and quotations are accurate and properly attributed.

  • Disclose any conflicts of interest.

  • Avoid all forms of plagiarism, data fabrication, and AI-generated content that lacks human authorship or originality. (See our Plagiarism & AI Policy).

6. Peer Review (for Academic Submissions)

Academic works undergo double-blind peer review. Authors will be notified of the decision within 4–8 weeks, along with reviewer feedback and required revisions, if any. Learn more in our Peer Review Policy.

7. Copyright and Licensing

All published works are copyright-protected by Ethical Publication House and released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Authors retain moral rights to their work and will be credited in all editions and formats. For more, see our Copyright Policy.

8. Post-Acceptance Process

If your manuscript is accepted:

  • You will receive a formal publication agreement.

  • Our editorial team will collaborate with you on final editing, layout, and design.

  • A publication timeline and launch plan will be shared.
